I deleted a couple of off-topic comments. I actually agree, but don't think they belong here-- try cleveland.com forums http://www.cleveland.com/forums/ , or any of the many thousand blogs about politics.
I like this, but I'm not sure you need the "the" in L1. Still, out of all 40 some posted so far, this one strikes me as most successful.
